Industrial Center Buildings Total Destruction means if the Industrial Center Buildings are damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost of repair is fifty percent or more of the then replacement cost of the Industrial Center Buildings.

Industrial Center Buildings Total Destruction means if the Industrial Center Buildings are damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost of repair is fifty percent or more of the then replacement cost of the Industrial Center Buildings. "Insured Loss" shall mean damage or destruction which was caused by an event required to be covered by the insurance described in paragraph 8. The fact that an Insured Loss has a deductible amount shall not make the loss an uninsured loss.
