Industrial Audit definition

Industrial Audit means an energy analysis of an industrial facility and its associated energy systems to determine its energy efficiency and to identify for the customer those measures that may improve its energy efficiency.

  • Engineering means the application of scientific knowledge for the design, control, or use of building structures, equipment, or apparatus.

  • Environmental Audit means a Phase One environmental site assessment (the scope and performance of which meets or exceeds the then most current ASTM Standard Practice E1527 for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Process) of the Property.
