Individual Rights definition

Individual Rights means rights of a Data Subject granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation in relation to rights of access, objection, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, to be informed, request rectification and where profiling and automated decisions are used;
Individual Rights means the rights of Data Subjects under the Data Protection Legislation. “Initial Contract Period” Means the initial term of the Agreement for a period of 36 months effective from the date of the Agreement.
Individual Rights means all rights of an individual that are secured by Article I of the Ohio Constitution, and that create binding obligations on government actors to protect those rights.4
