Individual Property Owner means, (i) with respect to each Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Property, the Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Property Owner identified on Schedule I(b) hereto as having title to such Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Property, (ii) with respect to the CIGNA Boston Property, PIM Boston Borrower, (iii) with respect to the CIGNA Princeton Property, HH Princeton, and (iv) with respect to the CIGNA Nashville Property, (a) prior to the MS NP Refinance Date, HH Nashville and (b) from and after the MS NP Refinance Date, PIM Nashville Borrower.
Individual Property Owner means, (i) with respect to each Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Property, the Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Property Owner identified on Schedule I(b) hereto as having title to such Xxxxx Fargo Mortgage Loan Property, and (ii) with respect to each CIGNA Mortgage Loan Property, the CIGNA Mortgage Loan Property Owner identified on Schedule I(c) hereto as having title to such CIGNA Mortgage Loan Property.
Individual Property Owner means a natural person holding fee title individually or jointly in the person’s own name or a beneficiary of a trust that holds fee title. “Individual property owner” does not include any corporation or corporate person of any kind (partnership, LP, LLC, C corp, S corp, etc.) except for a community land trust (as defined by Revenue and Taxation Code Section 402.1(a)(11)(C)(ii)) or a qualified nonprofit corporation (as defined by Revenue and Taxation Code Section 214.15).
