Individual Access Services definition

Individual Access Services means the services provided to satisfy an Individual User’s right to access and to obtain a copy of the Individual User’s PHI and to direct that it be sent to a third party pursuant to: 1) Applicable Law; 2) Any of other Agreement; 3) 45 C.F.R. part 164.524(a) as if it applied to all PHI; 4) 45 C.F.R. part 164.524(c)(2) as if it applied to all PHI; and 5) 45 C.F.R. part 164.524(c)(3)(ii) if the Individual User wants the PHI sent to a third party.
