Indirect Solution Provider definition
Indirect Solution Provider or “ISP” means a party that currently has been authorized by PTC as a partner under the PTC Partner Network under the Sell Engagement for the purpose of marketing and promoting the resale of Products and Services to Customers in the Territory and has entered into an arrangement with a Value Added Distributor (“VAD”) allowing Indirect Solution Provider to procure Products and Services from VAD for resale to Customers.
