Indirect Shareholding definition
Indirect Shareholding has the meaning set forth under Paragraph 3.2.2;
Indirect Shareholding means shareholding in a bank through an entity owned by a direct shareholder with ten percent or more ownership in the entity or through his children who attained the age of legal majority or through any other conditions as may be determined by the National Bank.
Indirect Shareholding means that a natural person holds shares in a company via one or multiple persons or a chain of persons 17 A company's beneficial owner is any natural person whose direct or indirect shareholding or sum of all direct or indirect shareholdings in the company exceeds 25 percent; this also includes bearer shares and all other forms of shareholding.
