Indigent inmate definition

Indigent inmate means any inmate who has no more than $5.00 in the inmate account to spend at the inmate's discretion during a calendar month, has no job, and has no other source of income; or any inmate who is newly received into an institution and has no available funds and no hygiene items.
Indigent inmate means an inmate having less than the equivalent of the cost of five first class stamps in his account for 15 days.
Indigent inmate means an inmate who has a total receipt of or a balance of less than $15.00 from the first day through the last of the preceding month.
