Definition of Indigenous Development Plan


Indigenous Development Plan means the indigenous development plan if any approved by the Superintendent pursuant to clause 18.

The Superintendent shall within a reasonable time from receipt, either approve the Indigenous Development Plan, or reject it, giving reasons for the rejections.
