Indicative Programme definition

Indicative Programme means the indicative programme set out in the document attached as Appendix 2 and referred to in Schedule 1.

  • Alternative program means a class or environment established within the regular educational program and designed to accommodate specific student educational needs such as, but not limited to, work-related training; reading, mathematics or science skills; communication skills; social skills; physical skills; employability skills; study skills; or life skills.

  • Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;
