Indian Person definition

Indian Person means an Indian as defined by Section 1.0301(6) of this Code.
Indian Person means any person over the age of eighteen who is a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe.
Indian Person means a Tribal member or an Indian person as defined under 'Other Indian.'
