Index TSR definition

Index TSR means the compounded annual total shareholder return for the Index for a TSR Performance Period (and, for the avoidance of doubt, assuming the reinvestment of all dividends).
Index TSR means the total shareholder return of the Index in the Performance Cycle, expressed as a percentage, and determined as follows:
Index TSR means the compound annual growth rate of an investment in the Index for the applicable performance period, as measured based on actual published index returns for the applicable performance period. For the avoidance of doubt, all company additions or subtractions to or from the Index during the applicable performance period will be as determined by the Index administrator and the resulting Index returns for the applicable performance period as adjusted for such additions and deletions during such performance period will be as determined by the Index administrator.

Examples of Index TSR in a sentence

  • If New Gold’s TSR is the same as the Index TSR for a Measurement Period, the Achieved Performance for the period would be 100%.

  • The Compensation Committee will calculate the Index TSR % in the manner that most closely approximates the Index in its sole discretion.

  • Achieved Performance is calculated based on the difference (the “TSR Difference”) between New Gold’s total shareholder return (“TSR”) and the TSR of the S&P/TSX Global Gold Index (the “Index”) (i.e. New Gold’s TSR minus Index TSR) for each of four Measurement Periods (described below).

More Definitions of Index TSR

Index TSR means, for each company reflected on the Index, the compound annual average growth rate during the Performance Period, expressed as a percentage rounded to the nearest hundredth of a percent, in the value of such company’s common stock. It is calculated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the Company TSR from information publicly reported.
Index TSR means the TSR for the Performance Period of the S&P MidCap 400 as published by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC (or its successor) or, if that index is no longer published on the last day of the Performance Period, a comparable index selected by the Committee.
Index TSR means the average total stockholder return, which is the average stock price appreciation for the companies in the Media Index from the Amendment Date to the applicable Measurement Date plus dividends and distributions made or declared (assuming such dividends or distributions are reinvested in the common stock of the Company), expressed as a percentage return. The stock price at the Amendment Date will be the average closing price of common stock of the companies in the Media Index as reported on the NYSE, NASDAQ or other publicly-traded stock exchange for the 30 trading days ending on the Amendment Date, and the stock price at a Measurement Date will be the average closing price of common stock of the companies in the Media Index as reported on the NYSE, NASDAQ or other publicly-traded stock exchange for the 30 trading days ending on such Measurement Date, adjusted for stock splits or similar changes in capital structure.
Index TSR means the TSR for the TSR Performance Period of the S&P Small-Cap 600. “S&P Small-Cap 600” means the S&P Small-Cap 600 published by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC (or its successor) or, if that index is no longer published on the last day of the TSR Performance Period, a comparable index determined by the Committee.

  • Index Fee means 1.0% per annum. The Index Fee is charged each calendar day, beginning as of the Index Start Date. It is calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the most recently calculated Index Closing Value.

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSR of the Peer Companies. Following the calculation of the TSR of the Company and each Peer Company for the Performance Period, the Company and each Peer Company will be ranked in order of maximum to minimum according to their respective TSR for the Performance Period. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined as follows:

  • Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, LIBOR as of that day that would be applicable for a LIBOR Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “LIBOR”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.   • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Index Disruption means in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the Index Sponsor fails to calculate and announce such Index.
