Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Independent school means a school which is an efficient school within the meaning of the School Education Act 1999 and which is not administered by or on behalf of the Government of Western Australia.
College board means the state board for community and
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Independent testing laboratory means an independent organization, accepted by the Contracting Officer, engaged to perform specific inspections or tests of the work, either at the site or elsewhere, and report the results of these inspections or tests.
Independent Evaluator A person empowered, pursuant to Section 23.5 (Failure to Reach Agreement) and Section 23.10 (Dispute) of this Agreement, to resolve disputes due to failure of the Parties to agree on a Performance Standards Revision Document.
Independent living program means a program designed to assist a juvenile to enhance skills and abilities necessary for successful adult living and may include but shall not be limited to minimal direct staff supervision and supportive services in making the arrangements necessary for an appropriate place of residence, completing an education, vocational training, obtaining employment or other similar services;
Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.
Independent candidate means any candidate who claims not to be affiliated with a political party, and whose name has been certified on the office-type ballot at a general or special election through the filing of a statement of candidacy and nominating petition, as prescribed in section 3513.257 of the Revised Code.
Independent Manager Fee is defined in Section 4.01(a) of the LLC Agreement.
Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;
Physical therapy licensing board or "licensing board" means the agency of a state that is responsible for the licensing and regulation of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and
Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.
Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.

Independent Distributor means a person, business, or firm that is neither authorized nor franchised by an Original Component Manufacturer (“OCM”) to sell or distribute the OCM’s products but which purports to sell, broker, and/or distribute such OCM products. Independent Distributors are also referred to as unfranchised distributors, unauthorized distributors, and/or brokers.
Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.
