Independent Inspection definition

Independent Inspection means an inspecting body authorized by relevant Russian authorities and the AR to carry out supervisory functions at Russian facilities and to make decisions within its competence, independent of decisions and opinions of the organizations it supervises.
Independent Inspection means any lawful means of investigation, including but not limited to access to the parcel and review of GIS maps.

  • All Charges of the Third-party Independent Inspection Agencies towards verification of bidder’s documents and certification thereof shall be borne by the respective bidders and Payments on account of above inspection, verification and certification shall be made directly by the Bidder to the Inspection Agency(s).

  • Bills of Lading shall be prepared on the basis of the Draught Survey Weight determined by the Independent Inspection Agency through approved Marine Surveyors at the Loadport and such Bill(s) of Lading shall be endorsed by the Master of the vessel or the agents of the Ship owner at the Loadport within 24 hours after completion of loading.

  • Oil India Limited (OIL) has engaged the following 09 (Nine) Independent Inspection Agencies for a period of 04 (four) years with effect from 06.05.2020 to verify and certify of various documents required against BEC/BRC of the tender: iv.

Related to Independent Inspection

  • Independent Inspector means a licensed Person who performs sampling, quality analysis and quantity determination of the Product received or delivered.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.
