Independent Certifier Agreement definition

Independent Certifier Agreement means the independent certifier agreement jointly entered into between the State, Project Co and the Independent Certifier dated 19 August 2014, a copy of which is attached at Schedule 20 (Independent Certifier Agreement) and the Operator will become a party to this independent certifier agreement upon execution of the Deed of Accession.

Independent Certifier Agreement means the written agreement, so entitled and attached hereto as Schedule 4: Independent Certifier Agreement, between the Private Party and the Independent Certifier in terms of which the Independent Certifier undertakes to provide the Services under clause 21 (Completion Certificate);

Independent Certifier Agreement means the contract entered into between Project Co, the Region and the Independent Certifier in substantially the form attached hereto as Schedule 6 – Independent Certifier Agreement.

• The identity of any such replacement shall be as agreed by the Parties and the terms of his/her appointment shall, unless otherwise agreed, be as set out in the Independent Certifier Agreement.

Independent Certifier Agreement means the contract entered into between the City, Design Builder, and the Independent Certifier in substantially the form attached as Schedule 10 – Independent Certifier Agreement;

Independent Certifier Services means those services to be provided by the Independent Certifier in respect of this Agreement (and not any Subcontract), as outlined in the Independent Certifier Agreement.

Independent Certifier Agreement means the contract entered into between DB Co, the City and the Independent Certifier in substantially the form attached hereto as Schedule 6 – Independent Certifier Agreement.

Independent Certifier Agreement means the document entitled ‘The new Perth Stadium DBFM Project Independent Certifier Agreement’ between the State, Project Co, the Independent Certifier and once appointed, the Stadium Operator, dated on or about Contractual Close, which document must be substantially in the form of the Independent Certifier Agreement set out in Schedule 27 (Independent Certifier Agreement).
