Indenture Trustee Fees definition

Indenture Trustee Fees means the compensation and expenses (including attorney’s fees and expenses and indemnification payments) payable to the Indenture Trustee for its services under this Master Indenture and the other Relative Documents to which it is a party (if any).
Indenture Trustee Fees means the reasonable and documented fees and expenses, including, without limitation, professional fees and expenses, of each Indenture Trustee incurred pursuant to the respective Indentures after the Commencement Date in connection with carrying out its duties as provided for under the applicable Indenture, service on the Committee, and making distributions under the Plan.
Indenture Trustee Fees means the reasonable compensation, fees, expenses, disbursements and indemnity claims, including, without limitation, attorneys’ and agents’ fees, expenses and disbursements, incurred by any Pre-petition Indenture Trustee, whether prior to or after the Petition Date and whether prior to or after the consummation of the Plan.

  • To the extent that the Debtor or the Committee objects to the reasonableness of any portion of the Indenture Trustee Fees or the Informal Group Fees, the Reorganized Debtor shall not be required to pay such disputed portion until either such objection is resolved or a further order of the Bankruptcy Court is entered providing for payment of such disputed portion.

  • From and after the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall pay any Prepetition Notes Indenture Trustee Fees and Expenses in full in Cash without further court approval.

Indenture Trustee Fees means the compensation, fees, expenses, disbursements, and indemnity claims of the Indenture Trustee, including, without limitation, any fees, expenses, and disbursements of attorneys, advisors, or agents retained or utilized by the Indenture Trustee, whether prior to or after the Petition Date and whether prior to or after the Effective Date.
Indenture Trustee Fees means, collectively, to the extent not previously paid, all outstanding, reasonable and documented fees and expenses of the Indenture Trustees (including, without limitation, attorneys’ and agents’ fees, expenses, and disbursements) to the extent permitted under the applicable indenture regardless of whether such fees were incurred before or after the Petition Date.
