Indemnity Mortgage definition

Indemnity Mortgage means the Indemnity Mortgage, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing (L1), dated as of December 19, 2000, between the Facility Lessee, the Owner Lessor and the Lease Indenture Trustee and filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Xxxxxxxxxx County, Maryland.

  • Facility Mortgage As defined in Section 13.1.

  • Indemnity Amount means the amount of any indemnification obligation payable under the Basic Documents.

  • Second Mortgage means a mortgage from which the proceeds of a loan or other extension of credit made by a third person are secured by a mortgage on the real property for which the mortgagor has used the proceeds of the loan or other extension of credit to pay all or part of the purchase price of the property.

  • Mortgage shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit K with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by Collateral Agent.
