Incumbent Consultant definition

Incumbent Consultant means such other consultant who may, at or prior to the Commencement Date, be or have been engaged in the provision of services to the Agency, similar or the same as the Services to be provided by the Consultant under this Contract;

  • Incumbent Contractor means any contractor providing any service that constitutes or that will constitute part of the Services immediately before the Transfer Date.
