Incremental Revolving Borrowing definition

Incremental Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Revolving Loans.
Incremental Revolving Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Incremental Revolving Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Incremental Revolving Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
Incremental Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Revolving Loans. “Incremental Revolving Facility” shall mean any Class of Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments and the Incremental Revolving Loans made thereunder. “Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment” shall mean the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to Section 2.21, to make Incremental Revolving Loans to the Borrower. “Incremental Revolving Facility Lender” shall mean a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Revolving Loan. “Incremental Revolving Loan” shall mean (i) Revolving Facility Loans made by one or more Revolving Facility Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment to make additional Initial Revolving Loans and (ii) to the extent permitted by Section 2.21 and provided for in the relevant Incremental Assumption Agreement, Other Revolving Loans (including in the form of Extended Revolving Loans or Replacement Revolving Loans, as applicable), or (iii) any of the foregoing. 42 Doc#: US1:15347125v11
