Incremental Capital definition

Incremental Capital. Section 2(p)(i)
Incremental Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).
Incremental Capital means the amount paid to Seller for any Purchase (other than the first Purchase) that is consummated on a day other than a Settlement Date.

Examples of Incremental Capital in a sentence

  • Section II (Table of Incremental Capital Fees) of Exhibit B-2 attached to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the revised Section II (Table of Incremental Capital Fees) attached hereto as Attachment 2.

  • For purposes of this Incremental Capital Rider, the Expansion Term applicable to an Incremental Capital Project shall be the last Expansion Term to terminate (excluding any extensions thereto) that is effective on the In-Service Date of such Incremental Capital Project.

  • The Partnership Entities shall use the Incremental Capital to calculate a monthly fee (the “Capital Fee”) to provide the Partnership Entities with a simple 15% return calculated over a seven year period.

  • Such estimate shall be subject to revision periodically to reflect more current information on such Incremental Capital Asset.

  • The following provisions shall apply to the Incremental Expansions and/or Incremental Capital Projects: [***].

  • At the end of each calendar year beginning in 2009 and in each subsequent year, the Partnership Entities will calculate the total lease connection expansion capital spent in the prior calendar year and subtract the Lease Connection Expense Cap (such difference, the “Incremental Capital”); provided, however, that no amounts spent regarding the Devon Lease Connection Pipelines shall be included in calculating Incremental Capital.


More Definitions of Incremental Capital

Incremental Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c). "Initial Closing Date" has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
Incremental Capital is defined in Section 3.4(a)(ii).
Incremental Capital for any Plan Year shall mean the sum of (i) Net Stock Issued in such Plan Year and invested in any respective Eligible New Business plus (ii) New Net Debt in such Plan Year invested in any respective Eligible New Business. Incremental Capital may be positive or negative, but shall exclude any Net Stock Issued or New Net Debt that are associated with construction of an Eligible New Business until such construction has been completed and the Eligible New Business related to such construction is placed into commercial operation.
