Examples of Incoterms DAP in a sentence

  • The delivery condition "Frei Haus", if agreed, is to be understood as the Incoterms DAP place of delivery according to the order.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the supply/service shall be “delivered at place” (Incoterms: DAP) to the place of delivery/performance or use indicated in the purchase order.

  • EXW or "ex-works price" means:

  • Ex Works means that the seller delivers when it places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller’s premises or at another named place (i.e.,works, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller does not need to load the goods on any collecting vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable.

  • ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;
