Incorrect Data definition

Incorrect Data means incorrect or inappropriate data or information relevant to the payment of and/or quantum of an Award.
Incorrect Data notation means that the information entered does not match the information on the 300A Summary Forms or the EMR Documentation. In the OSHA Experience tab, it means that not all citations were entered for the past three (3) years.
Incorrect Data means incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate or not updated personal data.
