Incorporated Terms Memorandum definition

Incorporated Terms Memorandum means the memorandum so named dated on or about the Closing Date and signed for the purpose of identification by each of the Transaction Parties;

Incorporated Terms Memorandum means the incorporated terms memorandum entered into between, amongst others, the Issuer and the Security Trustee on or about 21 March 2018.

Incorporated Terms Memorandum means the memorandum so named dated 12 August 2011 and signed for the purpose of identification by each of the Transaction Parties.
