Incomplete Work definition

Incomplete Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02G(iv) hereof.

Incomplete Work means the work on the Project that is not completed at the time of Closing which shall be limited to the Punch List and any remaining site improvement work that is outstanding at such time.

Examples of Incomplete Work in a sentence

  • The Contractor may request payment of the remaining contract balance, including retainage, less amounts credited the Owner or incurred as liquidated damages, and less amounts withheld for the Punchlist by reason of Minor Items or Permitted Incomplete Work (See Paragraph 6.5.3.2).

  • In the event all Permitted Incomplete Work has been completed at the time of this Interim Inspection, and the Design Professional so certifies, then this inspection shall be deemed an Inspection for Final Completion.

  • The Design Professional will assign a value for each the Minor Items and Permitted Incomplete Work.

  • The Design Professional shall confirm that the Final Punch List and all Minor Items and Permitted Incomplete Work are successfully accomplished.

  • The Design Professional shall conduct the Inspection for Final Completion and shall confirm that all Permitted Incomplete Work has been completed.

  • The Design Professional shall confirm the Initial Punch List and shall add or delete such Minor Items or Permitted Incomplete Work as shall be appropriate.
