Income Component definition

Income Component means, for any Issuance Order Date or any Redemption Order Date occurring during any Calculation Period, the portion of the Per Share Underlying Value of each Up-MACRO or Down-MACRO Holding Share to be issued on the related Issuance Date or redeemed on the related Redemption Date that represents the Up-MACRO or Down-MACRO Earned Income Accrual allocable to such share during the period from the last preceding Distribution Date to such Issuance Order Date or Redemption Order Date, as applicable.
Income Component means, for any Issuance Order Date or any Redemption Order Date occurring during any Calculation Period, the portion of the Per Share Underlying Value of each Up or Down MacroShare to be issued on the related Issuance Date or redeemed on the related Redemption Date that represents the Up or Down Earned Income Accrual allocable to such share during the period from the last preceding Distribution Date to such Issuance Order Date or Redemption Order Date, as applicable.
Income Component has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(b).

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period or a Milestone (as the context requires), the Supplier Profit for the relevant period or in relation to the relevant Milestone divided by the total Call Off Contract Charges over the same period or in relation to the relevant Milestone and expressed as a percentage;

  • Component means an article, material, or supply incorporated directly into an end product.

  • Basket Component means each of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund, iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund, and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.

  • SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded Daily SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 65.70% minus the Additional Required Enhancement Percentage and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Class C Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class C Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".
