In addition, Inco is required to file with the SEC a Tender Offer Solicitation/Recommendation Statement on Schedule 14D-9, setting forth the position of the Inco Board of Directors with respect to this Offer and the reasons for such position and furnishing additional related information within ten (10) Business Days of the date of this Offer and the Circular.
The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
