Incident Log definition

Incident Log means the hard copy and electronic version of the log created and maintained by the Contractor as part of the Services in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part E of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Measures and Monitoring);
Incident Log means the centralised electronic tool used to record all Incidents;
Incident Log means the centralised electronic tool used to record all events that occur or are observed during the provision of the Services which cause, or may cause, an adverse impact on the provision or quality of the Services;
