Incharge definition

Incharge means the Superintendent of the Dar-ul-Aman entrusted with the day to day running affairs of the Dar-ul-Aman.
Incharge means a person appointed by the Provincial Government as Incharge of Borstal Institution under section 5 of the Act;
Incharge means any representative of the Institute authorized to act as the Officer-in-Charge of the work or any specified part thereof.

  • If the contractor does not submit the bill within the time fixed as aforesaid, the Engineer In-charge may depute a subordinate to measure up the said work in the presence of the contractor or his duly authorized agent whose counter signature to the measurement list shall be sufficient warrant, and Engineer In-Charge may prepare a bill from such list which shall be binding on the contractor in all respects.

  • The contractor shall also confirm exactly, fully and faithfully to the designs, drawings and instructions in writing relating to the work signed by the Engineer In-charge and lodged in his office and to which the contractor shall be entitled to have access for the purpose of inspection at such office, or on the site or work during office hours.

  • But in the case of works estimated to cost more than Rs. One Thousand, the contractor shall on submitting a monthly bill therefore be entitled to receive payment proportionate to the part of the work than approved and passed by the Engineer In-charge, whose certificate of such approval and passing of the sum so payable shall be final and conclusive against the contractor.

  • The Contractor shall do photography/video photography of the site firstly before the start of the work, secondly mid-way in the execution of different stages of work as required by Engineer In-charge and lastly after the completion of the work.

  • In any case in which any of the powers conferred upon the Engineer In-charge by the relevant clauses in documents that form a part of contract as exercised or is exercisable in the event of any future case of default by the Contractor, he is declared liable to pay compensation amounting to the whole of his security deposit.

  • A bill shall be submitted by the Contractor monthly or before the date fixed by the Engineer In-charge for all works executed in the previous month, and the Engineer In-charge shall take or cause to be taken requisite measurement for the purpose of having the same verified and the claim, so far as it is admissible, shall be adjusted, if possible, within 10 days from the presentation of the bill.

  • The contractor shall not set fire to any standing jungle, trees, brushwood or grass without a written permit from the Engineer In-charge.

  • College/National Accreditation Board Approved Lab (NABL), as per decision of the Project Incharge/ Site Engineer.

  • CWC may provide space for setting up construction plants, T & P, site office, laboratory, storage of material, labour, etc, free of cost if the surplus land is available with prior permission from the Engineer In-charge during the construction period of the project.

  • In case of any technical deficiencies, lapses on account of non compliance of PF/ESI, Insurance (WC Policies), labour license, or any other reasons not covered in any clause of tender documents etc., are noticed by the Engineer-in-charge/CWC Vigilance Deptt./ CTE Organization, then a sum as recommended or decided by Project In-charge/ Site Engineer may be withheld, till rectification/remedy/compliance of the deficiencies.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Adviser Charge : means the fee agreed with your financial adviser in remuneration for the personal recommendation received prior to submission of an Application Form.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • reverse charge ’ means the liability to pay tax by the recipient of supply of goods or services or both instead of the supplier of such goods or services or both under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 9, or under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 5 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Recharge means the amount of water from precipitation that infiltrates into the ground and is not evapotranspired.

  • Rechargeable battery means a sealed nickel-cadmium battery, a sealed lead acid battery, or any other rechargeable battery, except certain dry cell batteries or a battery exempted by the Commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency (PCA) (Commissioner). (Minn. Stat. § 115A.9157)

  • Surcharge has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a).

  • Charges shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;
