Inactive aggregate mining unit definition

Inactive aggregate mining unit means an aggregate mining unit that has not been operated after April 1, 1997 and for which there is a current identifiable owner or operator other than the federal or state government.

  • Inactive portion means that portion of a facility which is not operated after November 19, 1980. See also "active portion" and "closed portion".

  • Inactive Account means a trader’s Account which had Client-Initiated activity and subsequently it remained inactive for a period of 90 days.

  • Inactive business operations means the mere continued holding or renewal of rights to property previously operated for the purpose of generating revenues but not presently deployed for such purpose.

  • Inactive Trading Account means a Client's trading account which has not had an open position, pending order, or non-trading operation in 3 months period.

  • Active portion means that portion of a facility where treatment, storage, or disposal operations are being or have been conducted after November 19, 1980 and which is not a closed portion. See also "closed portion" and "inactive portion."

  • Available Commitments shall refer to the aggregate of the Lenders’ Available Commitments hereunder.

  • Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score is then calculated for each S&P Industry Classification, shown on Schedule 2, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.

  • Inactive or "inactivation" means action by the Division to place a license on inactive status in accordance with Sections 58-1-305 and R156-1-305.

  • Entrance exposure rate means the exposure free in air per unit time at the point where the center of the useful beam enters the patient.

  • Active Account means an individual investment account in the Plan with a balance greater than $0.

  • Partnership Percentage means the percentage share of each Partner in the Net Income or Net Loss of the Partnership. The Partners’ initial Partnership Percentages shall be proportionate to the Partners’ initial Capital Contributions to the Partnership. Thereafter, subject to Section 1.68(g), such Partnership Percentages shall be adjusted only to reflect a disproportionate Capital Contribution by one or more Partners or a disproportionate distribution to one or more Partners, with disproportion being determined in accordance with Sections 4.2(a) and 4.5(b), except as set forth in Section 1.68(f).

  • Net Positive Adjustments means, with respect to any Partner, the excess, if any, of the total positive adjustments over the total negative adjustments made to the Capital Account of such Partner pursuant to Book-Up Events and Book-Down Events.

  • Aggregate Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means, as of the end of any taxable period, the sum of the Remaining Net Positive Adjustments of all the Partners.

  • Available Commitment means a Lender’s Commitment minus:

  • Sharing Percentage means, with respect to any Member, a percentage, expressed as a fraction the numerator of which is the number of Units held by such Member and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Units held by all Members.

  • Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units has the meaning given such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Vested Percentage means the sum of the following percentages: (i) 2% multiplied by your Years of Service, plus (ii) 8% multiplied by the number of Years you have been designated a participant in the Plan; provided, however, (w) prior to completing five Years of Service the Vested Percentage is 0,(x) on or prior to your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed 50%, (y) on or prior to each of your birthdays following your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed the sum of 50% plus the product obtained by multiplying 5% by the number of birthdays that have occurred following your fiftieth birthday, and (z) your Vested Percentage in no event may exceed 100%.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Units serving lower income households means units that are occupied by lower income households at an affordable rent, as defined in section 50053 of the Health and Safety Code or, to the extent that the terms of federal, state, or local financing or financial assistance conflicts with section 50053, rents that do not exceed those prescribed by the terms of the financing or financial assistance. Effective October 13, 2017, pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 214(g)(2)(A)(iii), a unit in a property that receives federal low income housing tax credits shall continue to be treated as occupied by a lower income household if the occupants were lower income households on the lien date in the fiscal year in which their occupancy of the unit commenced and the unit continues to be rent restricted, notwithstanding an increase in the income of the occupants of the unit to 140 percent of area median income (AMI), adjusted for family size (“over-income” tenants). Units reserved for lower income households at an affordable rent that are temporarily vacant due to tenant turnover or repairs shall be counted as occupied.

  • Proved Developed Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and one of the following: (a) “Developed Producing Reserves” or (b) “Developed Non-Producing Reserves.”

  • Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means as of the end of any taxable period, (i) with respect to the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of those Partners’ Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items for each prior taxable period, (ii) with respect to the General Partner (as holder of the General Partner Units), the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the General Partner as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the General Partner’s Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items with respect to the General Partner Units for each prior taxable period, and (iii) with respect to the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items of the holders of the Incentive Distribution Rights for each prior taxable period.

  • High-risk exposure period means the following time period:

  • Total Tangible Assets means the total assets of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, calculated on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, other than intangible assets (as determined in accordance with GAAP).

  • Maximum horizontal acceleration in lithified earth material means the maximum expected horizontal acceleration depicted on a seismic hazard map, with a 90 percent or greater probability that the acceleration will not be exceeded in 250 years, or the maximum expected horizontal acceleration based on a site-specific seismic risk assessment.

  • Permitted Percentage means 25% of the voting power of the Stock.
