Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Guarantied Parties or any of them are prevented under Applicable Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guarantied Obligations by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Administrative Agent and/or the other Guarantied Parties shall be entitled to receive from each Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Agent and/or the Lenders are prevented under Applicable Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guarantied Obligations by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Agent and/or the Lenders shall be entitled to receive from each Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Agent, the Swingline Lender and/or the Lenders are prevented under Applicable Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guarantied Obligations by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Agent, the Swingline Lender and/or the Lenders shall be entitled to receive from each Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Agent, the Lenders and/or the Lender Hedge Providers are prevented under Applicable Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guarantied Obligations after the occurrence of a Springing Recourse Event by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Agent, the Lenders and/or the Lender Hedge Providers shall be entitled to receive from Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If either Lender or the Issuing Bank is prevented from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guaranteed Obligations by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, Lender or the Issuing Bank shall be entitled to receive from such Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Administrative Agent is prevented under Applicable Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guarantied Obligations by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and the Lenders, shall be entitled to receive from each Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If any Guaranteed Party or the holder of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is prevented under any Requirement of Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment thereof by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Guaranteed Party or such holder shall be entitled to receive from the Guarantors, jointly and severally, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Lender or the holder of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is prevented under Applicable Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment thereof by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Lender or such holder shall be entitled to receive from the Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Holder is prevented under applicable law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guarantied Obligations by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Holder shall be entitled to receive from Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
Inability to Accelerate Loan. If the Secured Beneficiaries are prevented under Applicable Law or otherwise from demanding or accelerating payment of any of the Guarantied Obligations by reason of any automatic stay or otherwise, the Secured Beneficiaries shall be entitled to receive from each Guarantor, upon demand therefor, the sums which otherwise would have been due had such demand or acceleration occurred.
