In your possession definition

In your possession means that you have control of it.
In your possession means within your mine’s possession or within the control, custody, or possession of another entity or person from whom you have authority to obtain the required records. If any of the required records are in the exclusive possession of any other entity or person from who you do not have authority to obtain the required records, you must so certify and identify the entity or person who has exclusive possession.
