In-Tank Transfer definition

In-Tank Transfer means the transfer of physical inventory of Product on the books and records of a terminal or storage operator where the transferor and transferee are both customers.
In-Tank Transfer means the change of ownership of inventory of refined petroleum product or renewable fuel on the books and records of a terminal operator where the buyer and seller are both terminal customers in the same storage tank in California.
In-Tank Transfer means any of the actions set out in Section 29.1.5.

  • The date of the completion of loading or completion of delivery shall be deemed to be “hoses off” on the pertinent Vessel’s statement of facts or documented delivery time as noted within tank truck(s), tank cars(s), pipeline, Tank-to-Tank and In-Tank Transfer ticketing/reporting.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between Parts I and II of this Refined Products Annex, Part I will govern for Refined Products Transactions requiring delivery by pipeline, In-Tank Transfer or Tank-to-Tank transfer, and Part II will govern for Refined Products Transactions requiring delivery by Tank Truck or Tank Railcar.
