In-stream definition

In-stream means, in reference to an application, not determined, rejected or withdrawn and:
In-stream means within the natural stream channel or lake bed or place where water naturally flows or occurs.
In-stream means below the ordinary high water line of a stream and within the wet perimeter and any adjacent non-vegetated dry gravel bar.
