In-Service Aircraft definition

In-Service Aircraft means, individually or collectively, as the case may be, those certain Aircraft designated as "In-Service Aircraft" in Exhibit A.

In-Service Aircraft as used herein shall mean any aircraft available for revenue service or undergoing maintenance for the purpose of a return to revenue service at TWA LLC. Once an aircraft is sent to maintenance with the intent of transitioning that aircraft to American Airlines, that aircraft is no longer in service and may not return to In-Service Aircraft status at TWA LLC with the sole exception that the Company may replace a damaged aircraft with one that is out of service for transitional maintenance. The damaged aircraft is then considered to be an out of service aircraft.
