In-Person Transaction definition
In-Person Transaction means a Covered Transaction that is performed by a Client who is physically present at a Public Assistance Agency.
In-Person Transaction means a Covered Transaction that takes place at a County DSS Office or Local WIC Agency.
In-Person Transaction means any Driver’s License and non-driver Identification Card application, renewal, changes of address or any other transaction, as described in Section 5 of the NVRA, 52 U.S.C. § 20504, that results in issuance of a Driver’s License or non-driver Identification Card at a DMV Local Office.
