In-Kind Grant definition
In-Kind Grant means in-kind assistance financed out of the proceeds of the Grant provided or to be provided by the Recipient through Facilitating Partners to Beneficiaries for the carrying out of activities under Part 1(a) and Part 2(b) of the Project (as described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement), in accordance with eligibility criteria and operating procedures set out in the Operations Manual and in this Agreement.
In-Kind Grant means any assets or goods in-kinds provided by the donors, and it also includes any project with fixed assets handed over by the donors developing on their own;
In-Kind Grant means in-kind assistance financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in the form of, inter alia, improved planting material, processing equipment, and tools, provided by the Recipient to In-Kind Grant Beneficiaries in accordance with Section I.F.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for carrying out Part 1(B)(iii) of the Project.
More Definitions of In-Kind Grant
In-Kind Grant means a type of Grant relationship in which the MCA Entity procures and furnishes directly to the Grantee certain goods, works and/or services (rather than funds) needed to carry out the Grant.
In-Kind Grant means an in-kind assistance financed out of the proceeds of the Loan in the form of physical assets and provided to an In-Kind Grant Beneficiary in accordance with the provisions of Section I.D of the Schedule to the Project Agreement to support implementation Part 2.1(ii) of the Project; and “In-Kind Grants” means more than one such In-Kind Grant.
