Imputed Equity Return definition

Imputed Equity Return means, with respect to any Leased Asset, the cost to the Lessor of maintaining its investment in such Leased Asset after the Expiration Date applicable thereto determined by multiplying (i) the average daily Lease Balance of such Leased Asset outstanding, (ii) the number of days from and excluding the Expiration Date to and including the date of sale of such Leased Asset, (iii) the Overdue Rate and (iv) 1/360.
Imputed Equity Return means (a) with respect to the Lessor, the amount of Yield the Lessor would have earned on its outstanding Lessor Balance had the Lease not terminated on the Expiation Date and (b) with respect to any Tranche B Lender, the amount of interest under the Loan Agreement such Tranche B Lender would have earned on its outstanding Tranche B Loans had the Lease not terminated on the Expiration Date, in each case, computed as provided in the Operative Documents, measured from such Expiration Date until the Lessor Balance or such Tranche B Loans, as applicable, shall have been paid in full.

  • Adjusted Equity means the Equity funded in Indian Rupees and adjusted on the first day of the current month (the “Reference Date”), in the manner set forth below, to reflect the change in its value on account of depreciation and variations in Wholesale Price Index (WPI), and for any Reference Date occurring between the first day of the month of Appointed Date (the date of achievement of Financial Closure) and the Reference Date;

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Priority Return means a 6% cumulative, non-compounded, pre-tax annual return (based on a 365-day year).

  • Index Return means the percentage change in the Closing Level of the Index measured from the Closing Date to the Final Valuation Date and rounded to two decimal places, calculated as follows:

  • Joint Return means any Return of a member of the Parent Group or the SpinCo Group that is not a Separate Return.

  • Preferred Return means any payment made or to be made on any Preferred Partnership Unit corresponding to any dividend paid or to be paid on the related series of preferred stock issued by the Company, in accordance with Section 4.3 hereof.

  • valid return means a return furnished under sub-section (1) of section 39 on which self-assessed tax has been paid in full;

  • Book-Tax Disparities means, with respect to any item of Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, as of the date of any determination, the difference between the Carrying Value of such Contributed Property or Adjusted Property and the adjusted basis thereof for federal income tax purposes as of such date. A Partner's share of the Partnership's Book-Tax Disparities in all of its Contributed Property and Adjusted Property will be reflected by the difference between such Partner's Capital Account balance as maintained pursuant to Exhibit B and the hypothetical balance of such Partner's Capital Account computed as if it had been maintained strictly in accordance with federal income tax accounting principles.

  • Consolidated federal income tax return means a consolidated return filed for federal income tax purposes pursuant to section 1501 of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Average Invested Capital means the average of invested capital as of December 31, 2023 and the invested capital as of December 31, 2024 where the invested capital is defined as the sum of the Company’s long-term debt plus the current portion of long-term debt, less cash, cash equivalents and investments, plus stockholder equity.

  • Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.

  • Consolidated federal taxable income means the consolidated taxable income of an affiliated group of corporations, as computed for the purposes of filing a consolidated federal income tax return, before consideration of net operating losses or special deductions. "Consolidated federal taxable income" does not include income or loss of an incumbent local exchange carrier that is excluded from the affiliated group under division (A)(1) of this section.

  • Income Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Income Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.

  • Consolidated Income Tax Expense means, with respect to any Person for any period, the provision for federal, state, local and foreign income taxes of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Book-Tax Disparity means with respect to any item of Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, as of the date of any determination, the difference between the Carrying Value of such Contributed Property or Adjusted Property and the adjusted basis thereof for federal income tax purposes as of such date. A Partner’s share of the Partnership’s Book-Tax Disparities in all of its Contributed Property and Adjusted Property will be reflected by the difference between such Partner’s Capital Account balance as maintained pursuant to Section 5.5 and the hypothetical balance of such Partner’s Capital Account computed as if it had been maintained strictly in accordance with federal income tax accounting principles.

  • Invested Capital means the amount calculated by multiplying the total number of Shares purchased by Stockholders by the issue price at the time of such purchase, reduced by the portion of any Distribution that is attributable to Net Sales Proceeds and by any amounts paid by the Company to repurchase Shares pursuant to the Company’s plan for the repurchase of Shares.

  • Adjusted Capital Account means the Capital Account maintained for each Partner as of the end of each Fiscal Year (i) increased by any amounts which such Partner is obligated to restore pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or is deemed to be obligated to restore pursuant to the penultimate sentences of Regulations Sections 1.704-2(g)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(5) and (ii) decreased by the items described in Regulations Sections 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(4), 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(5) and 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(6). The foregoing definition of Adjusted Capital Account is intended to comply with the provisions of Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d) and shall be interpreted consistently therewith.

  • Income Tax Expense means for Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis for any period, all state and federal income taxes (including without limitation Texas franchise taxes) paid or due to be paid during such period.

  • Agreement combined tax rate means the sum of the tax rates:

  • Separate Return means (a) in the case of any Tax Return of any member of the SpinCo Group (including any consolidated, combined or unitary return), any such Tax Return that does not include any member of the Parent Group and (b) in the case of any Tax Return of any member of the Parent Group (including any consolidated, combined or unitary return), any such Tax Return that does not include any member of the SpinCo Group.

  • Corporate Taxpayer Return means the federal and/or state and/or local Tax Return, as applicable, of the Corporate Taxpayer filed with respect to Taxes of any Taxable Year.
