Improver . An employee hired by the Company to receive on-the-job training. Improvers shall be subject to the requirements of the Advisory Committee with respect to training and qualifications. The general purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms which the Company and Union have agreed to abide by in respect hours, wages, seniority, classifications, jurisdiction and/or trades and working conditions of employees and to provide for the satisfactory settlement of any dispute which may arise between the parties, primarily in the interpretation and application of this Collective Agreement.
