Improvement Area #2 definition

Improvement Area #2 means a portion of Phase #2 currently being developed, identified as "Improvement Area #2" and generally shown on Appendix A to the Service and Assessment Plan and as specifically depicted and described as the sum of all Parcels shown in Appendix H to the Service and Assessment Plan.

Improvement Area #2 means the area to be developed within the District, that is described by metes and bounds in Exhibit A-3 of the Service and Assessment Plan and generally depicted on the map in Exhibit B-3 to the Service and Assessment Plan.
