Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll definition

Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll means the Assessment Roll for the Improvement Area #1 Assessed Property, as updated, modified or amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth herein and in the PID Act, including any O&M Annual Service Plan Updates. The Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll is included in this O&M Service and Assessment Plan as Exhibit C-1.

Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll means the Assessment Roll for the Improvement Area #1 Assessed Property and included in this Service and Assessment Plan as Exhibit F, as updated, modified, or amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth herein and in the PID Act, including updates prepared in connection with the issuance of PID Bonds, if issued, or in connection with any Annual Service Plan Update.

Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll means the Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit F to the Service and Assessment Plan or any other Assessment Roll in an amendment or supplement to the Service and Assessment Plan or in an Annual Service Plan Update, showing the total amount of the Improvement Area #1 Assessment against each Improvement Area #1 Assessed Property related to the Bonds and the Improvement Area #1 Projects, as updated, modified, or amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Service and Assessment Plan and the PID Act.

Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll means the Assessment Roll for the Assessed Property within Improvement Area #1 included in this SAP as Exhibit H, as updated, modified or amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth herein and in the Act, including updates prepared in connection with the issuance of PID Bonds, including Additional Improvement Area #1 Bonds, if any, or in connection with any Annual Service Plan Updates.

Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll means the document attached as Exhibit F-1 to the Service and Assessment Plan, showing the total amount of the Assessment against each Assessed Parcel, as updated, modified, or amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Service and Assessment Plan and the PID Act.

Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll means the Assessment Roll covering Improvement Area #1 included in this SAP as Appendix A, as updated, modified or amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth herein and in the PID Act.

Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll means the assessment roll attached as Appendix A-1 to the SAP that identifies the Assessments against each Lot within Improvement Area #1.
