Impounded Dog definition
Impounded Dog means a dog seized by the chief canine control officer, assistant chief canine control officer, canine control officer, regional canine control officer, assistant regional canine control officer or municipal animal control officer for the purpose of detaining the dog, quarantining the dog, or holding a dog under a restraint or disposal order.
Impounded Dog means any dog which is received into custody by an Animal Control Officer or persons appointed by the Kanabec County Sheriff.
