Import & Export Documentation means the documents that are commonly used in international trade (specific requirements may vary by destination and products) such as but not limited to import and export licences, End-Use Statements, certificates of Origin, customs declarations, customs payment documents as well as any primary documents potentially needed by a Party to fulfil its trade requirements.
