The powers and protections of the Disciplinary Tribunal will be given effect in the New Zealand Implementing Legislation and the Australian Implementing Legislation.
Any person who is registered as a patent attorney in Australia or in New Zealand at the date of entry into effect of this Arrangement is deemed to be registered as a patent attorney under the Australian Implementing Legislation.
