IMO Code definition

IMO Code means the Code for the Investigation of Marine Casualties and Incidents annexed

  • Member States should ensure that their legal systems enable them and any other substantially interested Member States to participate or cooperate in, or conduct, accident investigations on the basis of the provisions of the IMO Code for the Investigation of Marine Casualties and Incidents.

  • In the event the employee is required to appear in court or before a body, as a party to any private legal action that is not job related, the provisions of this article shall not apply.

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;

  • Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Federal Regulations means those federal regulations relating to cable television services, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1 et seq. (and, to the extent applicable, any other federal rules and regulations relating to cable television, including but not limited to, those described in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.

  • 1954 Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended.

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.
