Immunostimulatory Oligonucleotide Composition definition

Immunostimulatory Oligonucleotide Composition means a single-stranded or double-stranded ribonucleic acid (“RNA”) composition, or derivative thereof, that has activity solely through an immunostimulatory mechanism and has no RNAi activity against a human gene transcript or viral genomic sequence.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Compound means the taking of two or more ingredients and fabricating them into a single
