Immediate Supervisor/Supervisor definition

Immediate Supervisor/Supervisor. The individual having immediate supervisory authority to evaluate and issue corrective action to the unit employee(s) and who may or may not be a member of the bargaining unit. “Job Description” – The approved, written document describing the duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the job.

  • Immediate Supervisor means the person immediately superior to an employee who directs and supervises the work of that employee.

  • Site Supervisor means a Site employee, agent, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the ELP.

  • Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.

  • Immediate supervision means under the physical and visual supervision of a pharmacist;

  • Approved supervisor means a licensee who has met the requirements for approval as a professional counselor supervisor, marriage and family therapy supervisor, or addiction counselor supervisor as provided in regulation.
