IMJ definition
IMJ means IMJ Corporation, as an Accenture group, a company incorporated in Japan, having its office at 1-4-1 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo, or an Affiliate Company as defined below. “Affiliate Company” shall mean any IMJ entity, whether incorporated or not, that is controlled by or under common control with Accenture plc, a public limited company incorporated in Ireland and its successors; and “control” (including the variants “controlled by” and “under common control”) shall mean the ability, whether directly or indirectly, to direct the affairs of another by means of ownership, contract, or otherwise.
