Imaging Agent definition

Imaging Agent means a Lead Candidate containing a diagnostic radioisotope, including a positron and/ or gamma-ray emitting radioisotope, which has been selected for Development, Manufacture and Commercialization by the Parties under the terms of this Agreement for in vivo diagnostic imaging purposes, and for the avoidance of doubt, not as a therapy for one or more Indications.
