  • The Designated Accounts to which deposits may be made are identified in the Check Image Deposit Services section (the “CID Section”) of the Enrollment Form.

  • In the case of an Image Deposit, we will, upon verification, provisionally deposit funds to the appropriate Account, as set forth in Section 5, above.

  • This Service Agreement contains terms and conditions specifically applicable to our Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) services, formerly referred to as Remote Image Deposit (“RDC Service”).

  • In addition Bank may refuse to accept any Image Deposit for any reason, or from any person whether Customer or any third party, without liability.

  • Member understands and agrees that if Member uses Alloya’s Image Deposit Return Services (as referenced in Paragraph XII herein), then the representations, warranties and indemnity set forth in this Paragraph X will apply to any and all of Member’s Remotely‐Created Checks that are returned to Alloya for any reason, whether or not the Remotely‐Created Check that is being returned was previously transmitted to Alloya for presentment into the interbank collection process.
