ILR or “Individualised Learner Record” means the on-going collection of Learner data undertaken by training providers including the Provider in the Further Education (FE) and Skills sector as set out at Individualised Learner Record (ILR) - XXX.XX (xxx.xxx.xx);
ILR means the “Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation” in accordance with Gas Act of 1 august 2007.

The covenants, terms and conditions of this lease are those appearing in the Master Leasing Agreement among the undersigned Lessor, Owner Participant and Lessee dated as of November __, 1995, which covenants, terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference."
